Thanks for trying the Schnobl communicator :-)

Installation and startup usually takes 3 to 12 minutes.

(A) precondition: you need Microsoft's "DOT NET FRAMEWORK 4" on your PC
If not on your PC allready:
the CLASSIC installer will automatically install "DOT NET FRAMEWORK 4".
the EXPERT installer will stop. You must install "DOT NET FRAMEWORK 4" manually.
(B) SCHNOBL INSTALLATION
(1) download the Installer: "InstallSchnoblClient.exe" from http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7905065/SchnoblClient/InstallSchnoblClient.exe
(2) install by starting the Installer "InstallSchnoblClient.exe" and follow the instruction given therin.
(3) run Schnobl (default is [START] -> [PROGRAMS] -> [SCHNOBL])
(4) USER NAME : when started the first time Schnobl will ask you for USER NAME and OFFICIAL PASSWORD
(4.1) as a USER NAME just pick anything at your choice
(4.2) as an OFFICIAL PASSWORT again anything at your choice
(4.3) Result: you are registered as a new user on the Schnobl Server
(5) once done with (4) Schnobl's Main Window shows up showing ONE LINE (green), where you'll find your own USER NAME (as entered in (4.1))
(6) next step for you is then to please send me a message ( E-Mail or FaceBook or Google+ ), I'll then to grant communication authorisation between you and me or between you and whoever you request in the Schnobl Server.
(6.1) why so compliceted? because Schnobl is in BETA status.
(7) as soon as I've done this (the (6) thing), you'll see TWO or more LINES in the SchnoblClient (Your's and mine or who-ever's line or lines)
(C) OPERATION:
(C.0) clicking on one of the lines (see (7)) opens the message input and message history "between you and the selected partner"
(C.1) for testing you may write to YOURSELF :)
(C.2) you cannot send messages to partners shown RED (Schnobl supports online messaging only, no "mail like" functionality) :-)
(C.2.1) if you enter a message, but do not SEND, this message will be stored and remains there (for later send)
(C.2.2) if you send a message to a RED partner, the message changes to "sent when offline". Schnobl will transmit the message as soon as YOU AND the PARTNER are online at the same time.
(C.3) the [ QUIT ]-Button terminates the SchnoblClient (You are shown RED to all partners)
(C.4) the ESCAPE key, the key combination Ctrl+BLANK, and the [HIDE]-Button: they all *hide* the Schnobl (however, the icon remains visible in the notification area == right beside the clock).
(C.5) the [CONF] window is where You may change literally "everything", so if you need a feature: just ask me, maybe it is allready in there :)
